WEEKEND TEXTILES QUILT SHOW 2022 - Part One

★  I am starting a small project for 2022 to document all the quilts I have completed since my first quilt 25 years ago.  I will start with all the quilts made for family, friends and myself and then a separate show with all collaborations and donated quilts.

The first two quilts I made were fabric panels which I then layered and machined quilted with no walking foot.  This obviously put me off as I did not make another quilt for 12 years.  Although I don't think the next two were quilted with a walking foot either.

1. 1997      Stars and Sun fabric panel Quilt. Domestic machine quilted.

2.  1999    Peter Rabbit fabric panel Quilt.  Domestic machine quilted.

3.  2011    Baby Quilt.  Domestic machine quilted.

Pattern from a Pam & Nicky Lintott Book.

4.  2011    Flower Squares Quilt.  Domestic machine quilted.

5.  2011    Hungry Caterpillar Quilt.  Domestic machine quilted.

Pattern by Jenny Stafford.

Thats the first five in my Quilt Show 2022.  There are roughly fifty more to show plus donated quilts.

New year wishes to everyone who is reading this.  Lets hope 2022 will be the year the world becomes a better place for everyone. 💙

★ Finish Along 2019 Q3 ★

Well I cannot believe it is Q3 of 2019 already and still a finish free zone.
I have made an especially long list this time so I can refer back through the summer.  I have a project at every stage of the quilt making process and many garments at various stages of completion ~ I will not be bored any time soon.

⭑ Finish Along 2019 Q1 ⭑

Linking up with Studio Sew of Course found here

2018 was not a year of finishes for me.
2019 should prove to be much more productive as I have a head start on many projects - I think I also said that in January 2018.
My list for Q1 is almost the same as the four last year so I will spare everyone repeat photographs and just add a photo of my Hidden Agenda Quilt in progress.

★ Finish Along 2018 Q4 ★

This has not been a good year for finishes from my list with zero in Q1, Q2 & Q3 and to be honest not much hope of any in Q4.

I have amended the list slightly from Q3 but still it is a hope rather than a reality.  On a positive note I will have a head start on lots of great projects to complete in 2019.  So here is my Finish Along list for Q4 2018
